1. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments exclusively through PayPal. You can complete your purchase using your PayPal account or a linked debit/credit card via PayPal's secure payment gateway.
2. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can request a cancellation within 3 hours of placing your order. To do so, please contact our customer support team promptly. After this period, orders are processed, and cancellations are not possible; however, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further options.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we offer free shipping exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. How long does delivery take?
Our shipping process includes 1 to 4 business days for order processing and an additional 5 to 12 business days for delivery within the United Kingdom. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions or postal delays.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier's website.
Returns & Refunds
1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include the original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team.
2. Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective or Damaged Items: AREVINA covers return shipping costs.
3. How are refunds processed?
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method and could take up to 20 days from the approval date for the refund to appear in your account.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
